Complete renovation of this attic-style Parisian apartment located on the top floor of a 1930s building, inhabited for over twenty years by a family. The project aims to reorganize the spaces and modernize their use, while preserving the existing charm and original architectural qualities. The living areas have been redesigned to create a more fluid and open circulation, with a reconfiguration of the kitchen and bathroom. The introduction of a glass partition on a blind wall reveals a view of the Eiffel Tower and opens up new perspectives over the city. Volumes are optimized through bespoke joinery integrating a library, workspace, and ample storage. The bedrooms are tailored to each occupant’s needs with integrated and multifunctional elements. The renovation relies on sustainable materials and a light palette that plays with reflections, enhancing this light-filled apartment.
